Mishko Sp. z o.o., KRS No. 0001230837, REGON: 544321906, registered address: ul. Ostrobramska 101A, lok. 301, 04-041 Warsaw, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the Online Store, provides website content and offers products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Provisions

If a Consumer purchases products through the website, a distance contract is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store, governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

2. Placing Orders

Product prices and specifications are indicated next to each product in the Online Store.

To place an order, the Buyer must add the selected products to the shopping cart, provide the required information, and choose a delivery method.

Before confirming the order, the Buyer is shown the total order amount, including delivery costs.

3. Payment Terms

The payment currency in the Online Store is euro (EUR).

The Buyer may pay using:

* Visa and Mastercard payment cards;

* Apple Pay;

* Google Pay;

* online banking payments;

* bank transfer.

Payment processing is provided by the MakeCommerce payment platform (Maksekeskus AS). Personal data required for payment execution is transferred to the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS.

The distance contract enters into force after successful receipt of payment.

4. Delivery Terms

The Online Store provides delivery to:

* Latvia;

* Lithuania;

* Estonia;

* Poland;

* Germany;

* other European Union countries.

Delivery is carried out by:

* Omniva;

* DPD.

Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

Products are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after payment is received. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 12 calendar days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a withdrawal notice to:

The product must be undamaged and unused beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics.

The Buyer must return the product no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after the product has been received or after the Buyer has provided proof of return shipment.

Return costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the product is damaged or does not correspond to the order.

6. Product Non-Conformity or Defects

If the Buyer discovers that the product is non-conforming or defective, the Buyer must notify the Online Store by email:

The Online Store will review the claim and, where necessary, provide:

* product replacement;

* price reduction;

* refund.

A response to the claim will be provided no later than within 15 days.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first resolved through mutual negotiations.

If no agreement can be reached, the Consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the competent court.
